Recruiter: "Uh, why is that?"
Hiring Manager: "There's something about female voices in an inbound patient care operation that just works better."
Recruiter: "That just makes hiring more difficult, because it cuts our talent pool in half. I hope you can consider other genders too. Some of our clients hire gays because they're very convincing."
Hiring Manager: "Well, alright. But at least make the supervisor female, so we won't have sexual harassment issues."
