The "FREE webinar" you're promoting may do just as well, or better, if it were simply a "webinar" that you've established as relevant, to people who are predisposed to find it relevant.

I feel that if you're still trying to convince someone of the value of your offer at the point when you usually scream THEY WON'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING, it's already not the right time to do so.
